Background includes senior leadership with national A/E/C firms, national rail and transit practice leadership, establishing and growing a South Florida consulting office, and senior management roles with the Florida Department of Transportation. Has served as project director, project manager, practice leader and senior executive.
Joseph J. Giulietti
Principal
More than 50 years of experience, including 25+ years in senior executive roles. As Connecticut DOT Commissioner, led more than 3,000 employees, directed major capital investments and infrastructure projects, and maintained public transportation during the COVID-19 pandemic. Previously served as President of Metro-North Railroad and Executive Director of the South Florida Regional Transportation Authority for over 13 years.
